These guys have always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I've gone in. I have had plenty of issues getting hardware to work as I had hoped or expected and every time they have done everything they could to get things straightened out.

I came in with a friend after he had bought a new $150 rebuildable Vaporizer 2 days prior to buying it, with receipt in hand. When he bought it, the guy that built it for him was rushing for whatever reason and did not build it properly and my friend had to come back to the shop to get it fixed. My friend told this to the employee assisting him and one other employee said in a very rude tone that they do not ever improperly build vaporizers. He was very rude! I tried getting his name but he had no name tag.

Great place, amazing hardware, great selections of liquid and to top it all off the customer service is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
