I would like to extend my UTmost Gratitude to Mr Ivan for the great job and the work he performed on my 2009 Street glide!! Unprofessional. Over the phone said I can fix it myself. Seemed like a money trap that he overcharges and provides unnecessary “diagnostic tests” when the problem was clear. Wasn’t able to give me a quote. Had an attitude and was pretty rude. Gotta work on customer service forsure, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
He won't do your safety checks unless you're an active customer.
This is one of the more unprofessional experiences I've encountered in a small business in Honolulu. I've met Ivan in person and he invited me to call and set up an appointment with him to look at my Kawasaki. I was going to do a regular service, in addition to a tail tidy install, LED light install, fork seal replacement and exhaust upgrade. Ivan's is a great place to get motorcycle services, repairs, and upgrades. Ivan is a great guy who understands how to treat customers with respect and appreciation. I would happily pay him more to do the same job rather than do business with any of the dealerships in town. Thanks to Ivan for the help with my bike, it truly made my Memorial Day weekend a success.
