Staff was kind and helpful.
These apartments are definitely in need of renovations. The age shows. Elevator breaks down regularly. During the summer building gets really hot and the ac is not central which makes cooling difficult. Parking is also not great. For the price there are other apartments in the same vicinity with better amenities. You get a lot of road noise and walls are paper thin. Pros are that most of the neighbors are friendly and location is good.
