I have been here 12 YEARS. The manager towed my car .I was parked in the lot with my sticker on it and that's how they treat their guests. They knew it was my car but didnt care, cost me $425 .00. so much for buying groceries this month.That was my whole paycheck this week. LUCKILY , the maintenance guy ELY is great and always fixes everything quickly. This place would be lost without him. Also the pool is freezing cold, we all keep asking when they are going to heat it but its still cold.
I have lived in this complex for 7 years, when I first moved in management was amazing and friendly. then Cushman Wakefield bought the property and everything went to hell. They hire lazy incompetent people who are rude and unprofessional. They live on the property but refuse to do anything outside the posted hours, if you lock yourself out you have to call a locksmith even though they have copies on the property and someone can easily go let you in.
