I have been here 8 years. T hey raise the rent every year. This time they raised it 175.00 a month. That's outrageous for this old building. Plis 900.00 a year just to park. They raised my rent during covid. I didn't think they were allowed to do that. It s a nice place but it will cost you a bundle.
Anna, manager at community, was a real amazing soul. So kind and understanding of my housing situation and no pressure at all. She really wanted myself to find the right fit to live. I appreciated her transparency and honest communications. Anna display great empathy and I would recommend this community to others.
I have been very happy here for the past 4 years. Management and maintenance do a great job. Everything is kept clean.
