Staff are helpful and nice. Easy to work with.
UPDATE 05/2025 Since my original review, a new management team is overseeing the property and they are great. My original review reflects the previous manager and her newbie assistant who were unaccountable, unresponsive, unprofessional, and above all else grossly incompetent. I will keep that review up. But the update is new management is none of those things. They have the professionalism, responsibility, and courtesy you would expect from someone managing the community where you live.
