RecommendedI lived there for several years when my last job took me to a lab in Lansing. Not fancy, but nice and friendly people, and affordable.

I lived there from 2010 to 2015, and I found it comfortable and affordable. It is not a fancy place. A lot of nice residents. I was in the area to work at MSU for the five years. (my last job before retirement). I'm back in WI with my wife now. I would definitely consider Ivan Woods as a final retirement location if health and mobility issues became a problem.
This place is disgusting It is a nursing home mental institution.with the smell of old ladies, and death everywhere... It is the shits, and really really sucks
People are putting personal Furniture in the the community hallways. I have lived here about three years and it's the worst apartment I've ever lived at I was walking my dog in the hallway to go take him out to the bathroom and he was attacked by a large dog which lives in the building I am fed up with this place
We feel like we have finally found our home. Nice place to live and great people to live with!
