Wooden shutters on 2 windows stuck and wouldn't come down. Called Gianni and very nice gentleman there felt that we might be able to do it ourselves, and not charge us for a home visit. We followed his instructions on the phone and within seconds, problem was taken care of. Please call Gianni Blinds whenever you have a problem. They're fantastic. Very honest, good people.
We used Gianni’s and they were great. Flexible scheduling, great product and professional install. Would highly recommend.
