Thus place deserves zero stars. I had an issue with my eye which was swollen. The doctor was pleasant but I feel as if he really didn’t know what to do about it. He didn’t prescribe any eye drops and just said to use a cold compress. A waste of money.
Just disgusting do not take your child there. The receptionist has the worst attitude. Service is terrible they will never get my money
Terrible place. The minute I walked in the place smelled nasty. I took my daughter for an eye exam. Dr smoked a cigarette right before taking care of her. They charged me for a co/pay when my insurance is full cover. They never gave me a refund. Turns out that the prescription they gave my daugter was incorrect! The receptionist was rude the whole time. When I asked for a refund the dr and the receptionist cursed me out because I was asking for it. Until today I still haven't received my refund
Dr has no personality. Did not trust his prescription. Also said I need to see eye specialist & automatically choose one. When I heard Joel Nathan I told him definitely NOT. He is a horror. BUT he put that down to my dr. I told my dr NOT but she did anyway. So I changed all Drs & Florida Blue HMO which sucks like the doctors.
The staff is wonderful, the Doctors are amazing and they work with your insurance, they are JUST WONDERFUL! DEFINITELY would recommended to everyone
