dr ivan was a great nice doctor that took his time, however i wasnt too happy with the services. for example blood work i got done i got it in my chart the day after i was there. dr told me he will be out of office the following week and hopefully he gets by friday sothat he can call me with the results . i got it in my chart on wednesday i didnt get a call till the next friday 10 days after. blood work that gets done , i get charged by northwestern and i see bill in my cgart. when i told the office they told me next time if... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Lopez for 2 years and have consistently been impressed by their professionalism and compassionate care. Dr. Lopez is attentive, thorough, and genuinely listens to concerns, providing clear explanations and thoughtful treatment options. The nurse practitioner is also very kind, knowledgeable and loves kids. The office staff is friendly and efficient, making scheduling and follow-ups smooth.
