I found the wait at this office extremely inconsiderate. We waited two hours and was finally told it takes 2-3 hours to be seen for surgery. It is clearly not a well planned organized office if you have people come in and sit for 2-3 hours before having surgery. To think people have nothing in their day to do but wait upon this doctor is obnoxious.
After telling dr Hwang that I had a visit with his colleague, Dr G (who is semi- retiring) and he told me I need to see dr Hwang now bc he’s a specialist for Graves’ disease (which is what I explained when made this appt). I told dr Hwang it frustrates me bc I have a $45 co pay not to mention it was a waist of time. He replied to me I surly don’t have to come back if I’m not happy. Welp!!! You got that right doc.
