Dr. Morris is phenomenal, but his staff are especially rude & unprofessional. It was enough to make me switch to another practice.
I don’t know who to direct this too but I made an appointment for clearance for a procedure I need to have done. I make the appointment show up this morning and then was told I had an existing balance of $158 if I didn’t pay this I couldn’t be seen! I asked if I could pay partial of $100 and I was told no if it wasn’t the whole balance they would not see me. What office declines partial payment ?!!! Would you rather have partial or nothing? We could not ask for a more kind, compassionate or knowledgeable doctor. Dr Morris REALLY takes the time to listen to whatever our issues are. My husband has suffered with some terrible health issues and I believe without Dr Morris and his incredible staff he would not be with us today. I can’t thank him enough as he always goes above and beyond whatever we need.
