After having a horrible experience with another physician for my first cataract surgery, the second with Dr. Jacobs was fantastic. The office was considerate, listened to concerns and dealt with them immediately, I never waited more than a few minutes (as much as 2 hour wait for a 10 min. visit with dr. #1), the surgery went off without a hitch, and the recovery was miraculous. (Again, this is in comparison with surgery #1). I would highly recommend this practice.
Disappointing business practice. wants money for every little thing. Wants costumer to BUY bulk lens from him after charging for prescription without giving even one pair as a trial lens. 3 memebers of my family not returning.
