I didn't realize I had a serious eye problem when I called the office for an appointment. They got me in that same day, Dr. Jacobs saw me and arranged for me to see a retina specialist a few hours later, and the next morning I was operated on. The quick action saved my vision in one eye. Very pleased with the care I've received.
I would give this optomologist zero stars if I could. He was not listening to my issues or concerns. Showed no real concern for actually helping me as a patient. Dr.Jacobs was quite rude and abrasive overall. Would not recommend to anyone.
