The call center SUCKS! Wish I could give it no stars. All they do is repeat themselves over and over after I have told them repeatedly nothing has changed. Even at the end of the call they repeat again what insurance you will be using is the same. At the beginning, middle and end they repeat the same spiel again, SO ANNOYING.
