I always get 'on-call' appointments here. Recently, my app showed an appointment I never scheduled, and my phone showed a missed call from Dr. Ivan. When I called to clarify, the receptionist was incredibly rude, took 5 minutes to help, and didn't even know what a 'call log' was. The doctor is okay, but the clinic staff is so horrible that I wouldn't recommend choosing this place.
I have been a patient of Dr. Choo for over 20 years and have always had a positive experience with the office staff. Booking appointments is consistently easy and hassle-free. It’s important to remember that the receptionist often manages a high volume of requests for a doctor with limited availability; much of the perceived 'difficulty' may simply be the result of a busy practice. Doctor choo is very nice and helpful. But his receptionist has unnecessary bad attitude. She doesn’t know how to talk with people. She speaks very rudely even not willing to give answer if ask something.
Dr Choo is an excellent doctor. His staff are friendly and ensure my family is always taken care of. Harvinder especially goes above and beyond to accommodate us when ever I have a medical concern. Dr Choo himself is always readily available to advise my dad and make us feel better around his medical concerns. I recommend him and his office to anyone, they are simply the best,.
The doctor is amazing, but the lady at the reception does not understand anything. i’ve told her to send me my report and she said she would and hasn’t sent anything. i tried calling again but going to voicemail. the receptionist is rude and doesn’t have any respect, she has a lot of attitude.
