As a first time home buyer, Ivan was great to work with. He answered all the questions I had and helped guide me through all the steps, making the process easier. He was easy to get along with and truly cared that I find the right home for me. Wish I could give Ivan more than 5 stars!!! I just purchased a property with his help and he’s also helping me list another one for lease. What stands out with him is that he genuinely cares about his clients and that is something that’s hard to find these days !
