I Was in the process of refinancing my house with these guys told me I'm good to borrow $80k. When I get the DocuSign for final signature it said $60k. They couldn't even call and let me know. I didn't do it and still got charged for appraisal fee of $600. That's bad real estate practices in my book. Always run tittle before ordering an appraisal guys cmon.
