This guy lacks common sense.
I saw Dr Rubiano today in his Salem office & I just want to share what a pleasant experience it was! The entire office staff was kind & a joy. I was a few minutes late because I had a hard time finding it in the building & they were so understanding. The receptionist was very personable & sweet. I would highly recommend this office. Dr Rubiano was very relaxed, knowledgeable & professional.
