Nonsense extra charge from this doctor. After blood test, I had annual physical exam with her. All of my exam results are very good, except very low blood pressure. She talked about this with me, and suggested I buy a blood pressure monitor. Later she charged her talk as extra diagnostic exam, and I have to pay it. But, with my insurance, I shall have paid zero for physical exam.
Other doctors from this practice are good but her. Not friendly nor kind. I felt discriminated by her remarks. Overall terrible experience. Also I had to wait 30 min and only got to talk to her for 25 min. She also said I was taking up her time bc other patients are waiting. I normally don't post review but I feel I should this time.
I have never had a worse experience with any doctor's office. The front office staff are disorganized and unhelpful, Dr. Ilic does not listen and offers incorrect medical advice to find ways to try to increase the billing amount. This office billed my insurance incorrectly and I've spent over a month trying to resolve this. I strongly recommend not visiting this doctor or practice.
