The worst customer service. They said they could not read my card and they had no idea what type of machine I had (this information should have been provided by St Elisabeth Hospital). Since I didn t know this information off of the top of head ask that I leave it with them so that another person could try. It took 2 weeks and me driving 25 miles to find out they lost the card, they never tried to call me or anything. So then they sent me a new card and still asked if I knew what kind of machine I had...I guess checking the ... read more

This company was the worst I ve dealt with in terms of caring for and taking care of their customers. The first time I went to them they left an elderly lady sitting and refused to even find out what her question was. I had an appointment. The person (the only one in the Chesterfield location that day) told me that the lady didn t have an appointment so she would have to wait until the employee wanted to deal with her.
