Well, I live here. It's a well maintained development. My experience is that most people are friendly. Very reasonable condo association fees compared to other developments. Nice surroundings, oak trees, picnic tables, and grills.
Stay far away from this place, do not invest your money here. This condominium association caused me nothing but headaches on top of many of the residents. This community is filled with the silent generation and the baby boomers who act as nasty as they come! When I did live here we had great grounds keepers and office employees who got stuff done.
