Was a guest in the pool area. A gentleman identified himself as the HOA president and rudely let us know that a 2 year olds flotation device was not allowed in the pool, became extremely aggressive to our group and started taking photos of a group of young females and a toddler, that two other community members witnessed. Called the “vice president” for back up and told us we were ruining other tenants day because of causing a “scene” that he escalated. Come here every year. Well maintained and about 60% owner occupied, so there are some rentals. I would prefer if it was 100% owner occupied, but that's a dream. Great people and many activities.
Except for Star Management and a did functional Board it's a nice place....
