I've seen some awesome work come from IV Horsemen Tattoo Parlor! I plan to have them do my first tattoo and several others after that! Anyone who asks a good place for tattoos I always send them to IV Horsemen!
Been going to the shop since it opened and have become very good friends with the artists. The shop is very clean, the artists are like family and you can put your trust in their work 110%. They're award winning and have a really good name in the local area. People travel just to get work done here! No other shop on the panhandle can compete and you will walk away with a piece you will want everyone to see!
I have yet to experience IV Horsemen but their artwork is amazing....

I just recently had my first experience with The IV Horsemen Tattoo Parlor and I'm telling you now, I will not be going anywhere else. Everyone is so nice, experienced and knowledgeable. It's the cleanest shop I've been in to around the Panama City area. I have several pieces I am wanting and can't wait to get them done by only The IV Horsemen!!
Before I got my first tattoo, I did quite a bit of research on different tattoo shops around Panama City before choosing IV Horsemen. I was pleasantly surprised to walk through the door to such a clean environment and such great people. It was my best friend and I's first tattoo and they made us completely comfortable. Vic has done all 3 of my tattoo's and he has done a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Vic, or any of the artists there. You will not be disappointed.
Haven't currently got a tattoo from their yet, but my boyfriend messaged them with an idea for a tattoo, and they had something drawn up for him with a day or to, and even sent it through facebook messages. He is planning on getting the tattoo next month for a very reasonable price. I have had a lot of friends get work done from IV horseman and the work they did was awesome. I highly recommend them. I will be getting my next tattoo from them
Seen some excellent work online and in person! Hope to get that way soon to see the shop and get some ink!!
