Zhanna at IV Aesthetics has been so wonderful! I originally came to IV aesthetics with the hopes of removing an old eye eyebrow tattoo. I have brown skin so I was concerned that the process would be near impossible for me. However Zhanna has been so careful with my skin to help me achieve optimal results. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge she possesses. The IV Aesthetics office is beautiful and calming and Violet who works the front desk is welcoming and warm. Inna is a brow magician! She completely transformed my face and I absolutely love my eyebrows. I used to draw my eyebrows in everyday and I haven’t put makeup on once since she did my eyebrows. She takes her time and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the look before she applies the permanent makeup. Following the after care is really important for the best results. I couldn’t be happier with how my brows turned out. My only regret is not doing this 10 years ago! Go for it - you’ll love the result!
I see Madison for my brows and Zhanna for laser treatments, and both are absolutely exceptional. They are incredibly talented, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. They take the time to make you feel comfortable, answer questions thoroughly, and deliver amazing results. You can truly tell they care about their clients and their work.
