Trying to get my child's Rx filled for over a month, I'm unsure if the incompetence comes from the front desk or the nurses/ Dr. After going back and forth from pharmacy/ dr office /insurance trying to figure out the issue, the lovely pharmacist Rachel at Walmart calls and come to find out they quit doing their jobs almost 2 weeks ago when we mentioned we may seek another dr in future if this is way the service would be. I had prescriptions through VU's counseling program, and this office was the number I was told to call for refills over the summer when campus services weren’t available. When I called, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment at their office. Before doing so, I specifically asked if the visit would be covered the same way it was when handled through the university. The receptionist checked and told me it would still be covered.
