I had prescriptions through VU's counseling program, and this office was the number I was told to call for refills over the summer when campus services weren’t available. When I called, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment at their office. Before doing so, I specifically asked if the visit would be covered the same way it was when handled through the university. The receptionist checked and told me it would still be covered. if I could give negative stars, I would. but I can't, so I'll just add a warning - DO NOT GO HERE. they only care about the money, not patients actual lives. would rather play god than actually help patients when they beg for proper care. nobody should leave a doctor feeling like they don't matter, and these doctors do not care about anything except lining their pockets. Few years ago I went here for Therapy. But now they've changed it all including their name. Makes it harder to find on google maps. Also heads up if u 15mins late to app. they won't see you.
