One of the ladies who works up front talks to me like I'm an annoyance. My bad for being concerned about my health. At least the other staff are friendly, at least from what little I've experienced.
The lady at the front was very condescending and honestly just rude. 0 patience and customer service skills.
Great experience in my 4 years at college. They were my main PCP's. I only wish it was easier to get my medical records from that time.
The IUP counseling center is terrible. There’s so unprofessional and uncaring don’t waste your time going there. They only give 8 sessions and then kick you out.
The woman who runs the women’s health center is absolutely awful. She is rude and completely unprofessional. She harasses me with so many unnecessary and inappropriate questions. She has made so many comments to me about personal things which she has no concern with. The whole experience is always uncomfortable and inappropriate. For anyone needed a depo injection without being harassed and humiliated, go to cvs.
