Clean it up! The parking lot has masks and trash littering it. The emergency room has hospital waste on the floors under the bed and on the floor where it could be seen by everyone. Hospitals are worried about Covid? If the floors and trash cans are full in the ER, when was the last time surfaces were cleaned?
Very unhappy with the staff at IU Arnett Clinic at White County Memorial hospital. My dad has been recently diagnosed with COPD and has been off and on from work and now is on his 3rd week of not working because the staff at IU Arnett Clinic keeps dragging their feet! It has now been two weeks and 4 days since the last time my dad was seen and they were supposed to schedule him for a sleep apnea test as well as get him an appointment set up with a pulmonary specialist and nothing has been done. My daughter needed some blood work done and the staff was incredible with her! They were patient and understanding about her anxiety, but firm and clear about what she needed to do for the least amount of discomfort. I had physical therapy on my knee, awesome job, therapy was not easy but the wonderful staff made it so more pleasant . Love being able to do what I did before I hurt my knee. thank you to the staff
