Came in with shortness of breath and coughing my oxygen was down to 90% so she told me i needed to be at the ER and she was right I'm still in the hospital with pneumonia. I appreciate her honesty and care.
Your telephone representative has NO customer service skills. Specifically a young lady by the name of Brandy. Turned me off from wanting to come to the facility. It's terrible to be turned off from even coming in. Please teach your employees how to deal with customers. Thank you.
