I adore Dr. Knable but the people that work at this location who are supposed to be in customer service are absolutely nasty people!!
I give this place any stars at all because the doctor seems to really care about patients, and the office staff was very friendly and honest with me! However, I went to establish primary care with Dr. Knudsen, and I was left waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby after my required arrival time. When I asked how much longer it would be, they said they could room me soon, but that it would be an additional 20-30 minutes at least before I could see the doctor after that.
