Judgmental nurses. PCPs are good but unfortunately you have to deal with the nurses and front staff more than anyone. The practice pharmacist is awesome. Shout out to Collin and the doctors. They are what keeps this place afloat. A bit of compassion can go a long way.
I checked in at 4:15 p.m., but I wasn't seen by the doctor until 5:45 p.m. This seems to be the standard level of service at this facility, and I must say it was a quite frustrating experience.
