I was recently diagnosed with Chronic Epstein Barr. My Primary Dr referred me to this office because I have been very ill for 5 months. My Primary Dr is concerned that there may be something else contributing to my illness along with Epstein Barr. I called the office to make an appt and was rudely told " Just so you know, there is no treatment for your diagnosis. Usually I have a decent experience at this particular office, but to be very transparent, they have a huge problem about communication. I have experienced huge problems getting prescriptions refilled on time, being told the wrong appointment time or even getting an answer to a voicemail I've sent for (personally) a minor issue. It's not a deal breaker but you definitely need to set aside potentially your entire day for a 45 minute session.
I arrived on time for an appointment (8:40am) and was told that I could not be seen. For clarity, I arrived at 8:38am and waited to be checked in, and at 8:41am the front desk staff said she'd check if the provider, Lindsey McDaniel (NP) would still see me since it was now past 8:40. Lindsey McDaniel opted to not see me since it was now 1 minute past. I have been seen at this clinic before, so I didn't have to fill out the new patient paperwork, and was not told to arrive 15 minutes early as they do with many people that may... read more
