Billing department is incompetent. I have been trying to get an itemized expense sheet since the middle of May and still have not received it. I have called 5 time today I called and told me I had to wait another 7 to 10 days. Which is not right. Worst experience I have had. They should shend it faster it is their fault for following through.. they should have made it right. But know they are making me wait 7 to 10 day. Which I am not confident I will receive then. Worst customer experience I have had.

I wouldn't take my dog to Saxony hospital. After 3 visits no tests performed , they don't listen, and tell you what you think. Con job of a hospital.

I was seen in the ER by doctor Aurora. I will NEVER go back to IU Saxony due to Dr Aurora. I am female and he spoke to my husband, not me 90% of the time. I was lectured for not seeing my doctor when I had been out of town until 1/2 an hour before arriving at the ER with a pain level of 9 out of 10. He was the least compassionate doctor I've EVER dealt with.
