Not happy. I made appointment in December had to wait til March. I get you are busy. But they changed my appointment as out of the office so it's my fault I have to wait another three months. I can't. Hurting bad.
When scheduling an appointment, the time should be kept. If a patient is late, they are told to reschedule or worse. Making a patient sit for an hour in the waiting room is unacceptable. IU Health failure.
