Called to ask about psychiatry services. A lady did answer, but she was extraordinarily rude. Just to repeat that, I called and said I have mental health issues and was looking for a psychiatrist, and the lady who answered was angry at me for calling and interrupting whatever she was doing.
Very upset. Incredibly unprofessional arm of IU Health. Took me MONTHS just to get in then my appointment got cancelled and set up with someone else a month later. When I finally showed up for my appointment, only THEN did they bother to inform me that my insurance was not covering the visit. I asked what the visit could cost if I paid out of pocket and it could be anywhere from $117-$450. Well thats kind of a large range to not be more specific.
