I called, twice to get an appointment to establish a doctor. I was told no appointment is available until September of 2025 . YET ,you all claim appointments can be booked on internet, how is that possible when there are no appointments available until September of 2025 .Seem like you all do not care about people health at all . I can’t stand a power tripping appointment setter.
It appears that your organization prioritizes financial gain over patient well-being. The excessive rescheduling of appointments due to a mere 15-minute tardiness demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding towards your patients. The poor performance of your front office staff further exacerbates this issue.
They somehow "lost" my vaccination records and nearly made me unable to enroll in classes for college. I seriously have no idea how they managed to do that.
My daughter’s doctor dr Lehman is fantastic ,10 stars no complaints there. I don’t know the exact position, the person that comes in and does the shots but her name was kayli /kylie? It really concerned me how much blood came out of my daughter’s finger during a normal iron test. She was very non chalont about everything and had told me it was the same test from the wic office. Nurses here have ZERO personality. My kid is only 8 and they never make him feel comfortable. Everytime she walked out the room he’d say what’s wrong with her?
