Took my kid in today for an emergency because he’s in a lot of pain crying while he’s standing there at the counter at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and they say there is no appointments available nor is there a doctor to see the child. Zero compassion for a child in pain. And this is his primary doctor in this building. How are you guys healthcare professionals. You turn away a child that’s crying in pain. IU health is disgusting. No star for this place at all because the nurses or staff would never call back on time or even the time frame they say . I am not very happy with this place they are working for us and looks like there are more buzy with other things. Only dr cook and dr leiman is nicest
Andy and Tim are the absolute best. I missed the name of the nice gal up front, but she is always kind when signing me in. Thanks for caring about my health and always treating me with compassion and respect. See you next time!
