Took nearly a week after injury to get an appt to be seen. Once my husband was finally seen, WE had to do all of the follow up with the office to find out next steps. After multiple phone calls, we finally learned he was referred to IU Methodist and the soonest they could get him in to be seen for his fractures was a week later, 2 weeks after injury. Unacceptable communication with patients in emergency situations.

I broke my wrist, so went here after urgent care. They were very helpful and took care of my problem.

I actually felt that the doctor/surgeon did fine other than the fact that I never got any written information as to what happened at my appointment. My daughter broke her hand and after 6 weeks we went and he released her to go back to athletics and never gave me anything in writing. After finding out from our athletic trainer at school that she had to have a return to play documentation I called four times in one day to try to get it and did not receive it.
