It used to be a great office. Wait times average 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time. Trying to schedule an annual is 2-3 months out, but they won't fill any meds without one. They call and cancel damn near every appointment I make for me or my kids that's not a sick visit which makes the whole thing that much more frustrating.
This office is awful. You can’t get in to see your primary doctor for illness. It seems only for physicals. I went to an urgent care instead. They also canceled my next appointment because it isn’t convenient for the provider anymore.
Because I've liked my primary care doctor since the first day I met him. He's the absolute best.
Friendly staff and Dr Van Velsar was very thorough and seemed to really care.
Professionalism, friendliness, respectful, courteous, etc.
