I really like my Dr and have had only great experiences here, except my last call to re-schedule an appointment. My Dr is booked 6 months out, and while that sucks I don't have a problem waiting. What irritated me was that after booking the appointment, I hear the receptionist mutter "Don't cancel on Dr. D...". I could have let this go except I DIDN'T cancel my last appointment with Dr. D, it was cancelled ON ME because he was not available. Really disappointed by the lack of professionalism by the support staff here.
Very disappointed with this place. Went to this place for my annual physical exam. Dr. Alicia Yilmaz barely spent 10 minutes for that and double dipped me for asking questions about poison ivy. Not going back to IUhealth as well as changing the doctor.
Not happy with this doctor that I had no comprehension whatsoever
