Terrible service. When you call and say your going to be late because of traffic they won't do anything or try to help out even if you tell them you drove 2 hours.
Wonderful, easy experience! I found out on Nov 4th 2025, at Lafayette IU Dermatology, that I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma that needed removed. I had the procedure done at the Carmel office, by Dr Que and staff, on November 11th. We arrived at 8:00am and were headed home by 10:30am. So, I was diagnosed and taken care of all within one week! I just called to try to schedule an appointment. They do not have the ability to schedule new patients more than two weeks out. Since they have no availability over the next two weeks, the receptionist's suggested solution was to call back every so often. What even is that? In 2025, how do they not have the ability to schedule more than two weeks out? I'm actually flabbergasted.
I just had the craziest conversation trying to make an appointment for university dermatology. The young lady at first said oh well you can’t schedule an appointment only the person coming. I asked to speak to a supervisor then was told as long as I had the insurance information it would be fine. So the only appointment is tomorrow I explained to her that he works and he has to give notice to get off to come. I will put you on a waitlist and will call when one gets available as well.
