I had a great experience with Dr. Machado and the rest of the staff. Thanks for taking care of me and making the experience as stressful as possible free and pain free as possible!
So this place is horrible. Upon my families first visit here in order to find the root cause analysis for my daughters eczema the doctor gave us two options to cure my daughter. The first option was a pill that was used in cancer patients, but the doctor did not mention this to us or a photosynthesis center, which taking my daughter to a photosynthesis center is not a option either. Terrible service. When you call and say your going to be late because of traffic they won't do anything or try to help out even if you tell them you drove 2 hours.
Wonderful, easy experience! I found out on Nov 4th 2025, at Lafayette IU Dermatology, that I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma that needed removed. I had the procedure done at the Carmel office, by Dr Que and staff, on November 11th. We arrived at 8:00am and were headed home by 10:30am. So, I was diagnosed and taken care of all within one week! The staff at both the Lafayette IU Dermatology and Carmel were fast, friendly, and helpful. I'm very much appreciative for them and their work.
