Meniscus repair by Dr Call, everything great so far & their customer care is always on top of everything. They always respond in a timely manner on the portal. & they’re after care protocol makes me believe that they truly care and want me to get better.

My experience with Dr. Gabbard and his entire team was truly outstanding. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. The women who assisted with my X-rays were amazing. I felt completely heard by everyone. Dr. Gabbard was equally excellent, he quickly helped solve my problem and laid out a clear plan to get me out of pain. Everyone had a smile, making a potentially stressful visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this office!

I recently visited IU Health Orthopedics for a walk-in appointment to address severe foot pain. Although I appreciated the prompt attention, I was referred for a CT scan on June 24th and, as of July 1st, I have yet to receive my results. Despite repeated inquiries, I have experienced significant delays, which is unacceptable. As a patient from Northern Indiana, I chose this office for its proximity to Riley's Children's Hospital cause will be here for several months. Took nearly a week after injury to get an appt to be seen. Once my husband was finally seen, WE had to do all of the follow up with the office to find out next steps. After multiple phone calls, we finally learned he was referred to IU Methodist and the soonest they could get him in to be seen for his fractures was a week later, 2 weeks after injury. Unacceptable communication with patients in emergency situations.
