The ophthalmologist that seen my daughter was amazing. He made my daughter feel at ease when checking her eyes
Tell me why I drove an hour to show up 15 minutes early to this appointment at 2:20. Then I wait until 2:45 45 minutes, 25 of them after my check in time. I go ask what is going on, and if they could hurry up that’d be nice since I had a meeting 3:00pm minutes after my appointment. The lady at the front then told me I wouldn’t make the meeting because I’d be out at like 3:10 or 3:15. I had an appointment yesterday. Check-in was quick and the MA who did the initial testing was nice. But then began the torture of waiting.... came out once and asked how long it will take. The (other) MA said 5-10 minutes and you're next. After another 15-20 min, I came out and asked the reason for the delay. This same MA was so rude for asking- her attitude was why TF are you complaining, just shut up and wait. She told me that I should expect the wait time for an eye check to be 2-3 hours!? 2-3 hours for a dilated eye exam... read more
