Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! What kind of Emergency Room doesn't have 24 hour Ultrasound capabilities?? Nor do they warn you they don't have it until AFTER you have seen the doctor. It is common knowledge that certain medical issues require ultrasounds!! They should not call themselves an ER if they cannot operate as an ER!! This hospital is officially a joke! If you need an actual ER I do NOT recommend this hospital! Oh...and now we will have 2 ER bills 🤬🤬

NURSE PRACTIONER KAREN FARRAR, WAS THE MOST RUDEST UNHAPPY PERSON IN THAT BUILDING! SHE DIDNT SMILE NOT ONE TOME OR MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH THE FAMILY! SHE SEEMED MY DEPRESSED THAN I DID WITY THE LAST MOMENTS WITH MY GRANDMA!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO IU HEALTH UTS A JOKE

I am patient of Ruth Dwyers and always have a difficult time with the front nurses in that office. They take messages and are suppose to return calls but never receive a return call from nurse or anyone. Poorly trained staff answering phone and taking messages
