The lady at the front desk did not speak, so honestly I already had a bad feeling about coming here. I checked myself in and sat down. However, once the technician called my name, everything changed. Yolanda was so friendly, informative, and helpful! She completely turned the experience around for me. I would definitely come back. I also didn’t realize they’re only 5 minutes away — I’ve been driving all the way to IU West for labs! Despite the disappointing front desk experience, the techs were great. Thank you, Yolanda!
