I received 2 bills from IUH. Neither had any description of explanation of what they were for. I had to call their office to find out. This is not a good way to run a business.

I have been trying to get home healthcare for 35 days to no avail. My insurance contacted them 10 days prior to this, the Dr's. office sent all necessary documents, and has contacted them 3 times and I have called 4 times since. Each time I'm told someone in the intake is handling my case and will call me back. No one has ever called me at all. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY! If I could I'd give them a Minus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I received a bill for $8.02 from IU health saying on the paper I had “10 days to reply or I risk having it sent to a debt collector” I received it 3 days before the 10 day period was over in the mail. Additionally this is the FIRST TIME I have EVER received information regarding the $8.02 that is apparently owed. So I received one warning.. a bill in the mail threatening debt collection for someone I didn’t even know I owed because the normal IU patient portal doesn’t cover the home care side of things and they never emailed... read more

The last two time I’ve paid my bill in full, have proof that it even came out of my account and they’ve sent it to debt collector for the same amount that I already paid off before it was even due. I owe nothing. I have to keep getting a hold of debt collector and iu home health care. I am done ordering supplies through them. I shouldn’t be having to do this.
