I had an appointment…went into the facility the first desk I see I ask for directions to the area I needed to be. The girl behind the desk…as she walked away pointed to where I needed to be..which was upstairs. I walked up the stairs with feet and ankle pain. When I got up there the lady said she couldn’t find that I had an appointment. Come to find out she couldn’t spell my last name right and when she finally got it right. She found my appointment. Dr. Tawancy did a great job on my ingrown toenails. It was virtually pain free other than the shot and I recommend her….
Went is due to a previous injury and surgery 2005) to remove broken pieces of my sesamoid bone. Yay they did imagery, annnnddd she was just going to leave the appointment doing nothing. Told me she saw signs of plantar fasciitis.......nooooo you didn't. At least the podiatrist I had in NJ had a brain and never walked out with offering no solution - and not listening to a single word I said. Will never go to any IU related podiatrist because of this experience. I will travel 9 hours to UNMC instead.
