Good care from the nurses and the Doctor.
I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. I came in after a fall with significant back and hip pain and felt extremely rushed throughout the visit. The provider barely looked at my X-rays before telling me nothing was broken and that it was “probably a soft tissue or ligament issue,” with very little explanation. I wasn’t given a clear rundown of what they saw on the imaging, what could be causing my pain, or what to watch out for.
