Absolutely horrible at getting prescriptions refilled with calling back on an issue. No call back at all. Love my MD there but this is an area for improvement.
I believe that some of the doctors at the greenbush location including the ENT department don't have enough together enough to know what they're doing. Just like the one on Walter Schuyler drive they are so rude at that location the doctor doesn't listen to anything you have to say I was there with my daughter one day
