I love IU Health Arnett hospital. They are great with their patients. All the doctors ER everybody. Thank you.
We have had a terrible go with IU for my 6 year olds apnea issues. I preface this with the employees have all been so nice. BUT. He started at his pediatrician which is Dr. Fahler. Who didn’t want to give me a referral to an ENT. Said he would grow out of. We really like this doctor but I wasn’t convinced. Took him to our dentist and said go back to your ped and fight for a referral to an ENT. So I did and got it. Wait for that appt. X-rays and sleep study ordered. Go do sleep study. My grandpa was taken in and was completely neglected and ignored. His pill regiment was ignored, his thirst not met but with a small cup of Luke warm water upon request, his urinal not emptied, nurse oblivious and lost in their own hospital. Nothing for pain, slow to get anything done. When I was there the nurse was simply missing. I respect nurses but this is unacceptable and is the fault of the hospital as I have had nothing but negative experiences. Fransiscan is slow but the bare minimum at least.
