Not a friendly place to visit. Next time i'm at a IU Credit union and they appear to be inconvenient to me I will close out my account with them. There are many Credit Unions available.

Very professional and efficient
I have had checking account with direct deposit for 10yrs. Paid off an $11,000 auto loan Never Late! I have electronic statements and now need 12 months printed for personal purposes. BEWARE THEY CHARGE $5 A STATEMENT TO PRINT THEM FOR MEMBERS!!! I AM CLOSING THIS WEEK!!! My $4000 a month will be direct deposited elsewhere!!!
