I feel compelled to recount my two-year experience undergoing treatment in the Endocrinology Department of this hospital, in the hope of preventing other patients from suffering from incorrect treatment and physical harm in the future. Ample carpark lots. Nice facade. Great walkways for the mobility challenged. Grounds are clean & green. Indoor walkways to the clinics are wide enough & well maintained; clean & good looking :)) Good reception counter. Need not wait too long. Waiting lounge area is well lit with above average upkeep. Nothing amiss or broken. Nice waiting furniture along huge corridor between clinics. Clean & well maintained toilets built for both women & men. April 20th 2026
The campus is quite nice and they are adding further. The staff are 50/50. Some have great bedside, quick thinking, and accurate approaches to care while others require some deeper training. Patients rooms could be kept cleaner and team coordination/ staffing could be improved. The food court is delicious though. Overall it's about 3.5/5 or 3.4/5 stars. Some obvious areas of improvement but not the worst hospital by any means.
Terrible staff. No ethical values. Hold on a lil longer and go to thw next hospital. Its not worth the risk here
