Very disappointed in the lack of care for their patients. Maybe 25% of the staff was good. The other 75% could not care less, and if a patient doesn’t have someone advocating for them in their room 24/7, they wouldn’t do a single thing. Get it together, it’s a mess.

I am leaving this review after multiple disappointing and concerning experiences with IU West Hospital and related services. Most recently, I had a scheduled appointment at the Women’s/Breast Center for follow-up breast imaging. I made every effort to arrive on time, including calling ahead when I realized I would be slightly delayed coming from Carmel.
