I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot. I called Itz eElectric to help install an electric outlet. Not only did they put in an outlet the same day I called, they also installed the dishwasher. Outstanding work and thank you!
They did make a mistake. They stayed in constant communication and promptly fixed the problem. I will be using them again.
Similar experience as other reviewers with regard to refusing to quote job and undisclosed labor rate. Additionally, the woman answering the phone was rude and talked down to me. Her entire demeanor was as if I was bothering her with my electrical needs and I should be happy that she and her team would entertain doing the work. A real put off. Disappointing. I called to get an estimate, was told they charge by the hour..ok.. sure..I ask for a rate and it's apparently a secret.. wow really? How are you in busines this long better yet why is anyone tolerating this ridiculous policy? I called a competitor, Hill Country, with the red trucks, got a free estimate, fixed the issue on the spot and was offered a payment plan. Now that's service I'll be loyal to. Heading to their google profile to give them the stars they deserve!
