Terrible experience. I booked and paid for a spa session online, but when I arrived, the spa was closed, and they claimed my booking wasn’t in their system. They assured me I would get a refund, but after 1.5 months of excuses and delays, I had to dispute the payment with my bank to finally get my money back. Unprofessional and frustrating—would not recommend.
Unfortunately my experience has not been good!booked in for myself and two daughters to get a pamper.unfortunately the person got sick which is fine!things happen but when I asked for a refund as it was offered to me have not heard a thing.will be contacting bank in morning.
Hopeless service.
Dee was amazing and friendly relaxation zone was incredible and went to fast, the beauty treatments were great. Can't recommend enough.
Seriously the best service. I am so going back for the hot stone massage. The bed is wide enough for me which is never happens. The mood and space was so soothing. The customer service was amazing.
