Got the Teri Salmon Don and it was great! My brother got the omusoba and he let me try it..... that too gave me instant regret that I didn't get it myself. One thing I noticed is every-single-table had the omusoba there. I suppose that's the "must get" plate. I am wishing to eventually go back for the cod roe pasta, but I need to train for the mental gymnastics before I can take on those high bars.
