Itte Associates replied to my email about the home inspection within the same day, answered my questions over the phone and to my suprise, where able to schedule a home inspection within the same week! Chuck Itte and I met at a property I manage this week. The inspection went really well, he chatted with the tenants and told me what he thought were important issues to work on within the home.
