Best Candy Store anywhere There is nothing not fun about Its Sugar. Starting with the huge statue replicating Lucy the Margate Elephant in jelly beans! There is a wall of Jelly Bellys. A wall of M&M's. Bins of sour and chewy candy. Hard Candy. Vintage Candy. Logo merchandise of the store. I carry my Sugar tote bag all the time. You can make your own chocolate bar or get an ice cream cone.
Best Birthday Party Ever We had visited It's Sugar on a Sunday afternoon and immediately booked a birthday party for my then 11 year old daughter. The store feels magical with all of the wonderful candy and colors and the awesome jellybean elephant in the middle of the store. During the party, the girls made their own chocolate bars, candy necklaces, went on a scavenger hunt, made their own sundaes, and played party games using candy (i.e. limbo with a licorice stick). Wow! For a sugar junkie like me, this was an amazing store! The entire store has just about everything sugar. Old favorites, like nip 'n sip and bottlecaps rub elbows with chocolate dipped rice krispie treats and varieties of fudge. Wow!
Great place for a candy splurge! If you like candy, this is the place to go! It's a little pricey - several dollars per quarter pound - but lots of different options to splurge on a little!
Worth Stopping In I loved this store. Candy of every shape and flavor. It has the biggest gummy bears for sale. A little pricey but worth the experience. It also sells t-shirts and other clothing besides candy.
